Depending on the service level, this can include property photography, video walkthroughs (by quote), aerial and drone capture where available, AI walkthroughs (by quote), room and feature documentation, listing detail capture, MLS-ready asset preparation, website listing support materials, marketing asset selection, organized asset delivery, listing-readiness review, and ongoing update support.

Do you take the photos?

Yes. Property photography is part of the core LotWise Home service. The goal is not only to take attractive photos, but to capture the property in a way that supports the full listing presentation.

Do you write the MLS listing?

LotWise Home can provide property notes, feature highlights, room details, and listing-support material that can help the agent or brokerage prepare the listing copy. Final MLS copy should be reviewed and approved by the licensed real estate professional responsible for the listing.

Do you upload directly to MLS?

Not by default. LotWise Home prepares MLS-ready materials and supports the listing workflow, but MLS access and publishing typically remain with the agent, team, brokerage, or authorized administrator. If an approved workflow is available, it can be discussed during onboarding.

Do you support agent websites and brokerage websites?

Yes. LotWise Home is designed to support owned-channel presentation. That can include organized photo sets, property highlights, listing details, and materials that help agent websites, brokerage pages, and team listing pages look stronger and more consistent.

How is this different from hiring a real estate photographer?

A photographer usually focuses on the photos. LotWise Home focuses on the listing standard. Photos matter, but so do property details, feature capture, asset organization, website presentation, seller confidence, and the repeatable process behind a better listing.

If you need one property prepared, start with Listing Essential, Listing Standard, or Listing Plus. If you list regularly, Active Agent Plan gives you a repeatable monthly process. If you manage a team or office, Team Standard or Brokerage / Agency pricing will likely make more sense.

How do monthly plans work?

Monthly plans are paid at the start of each billing period and include a set number of listing visits per month. Included visits do not roll over unless approved in writing. Additional listing visits are available at preferred rates.

Do you offer postpaid plans?

No public postpaid plans are offered. Single-listing services are paid in full or split according to package level. Monthly plans are paid at the start of the billing period. Approved terms may be considered only for established brokerage or agency accounts.

When is final payment due?

For Listing Standard and Listing Plus, 50% is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due before final asset delivery or go-live support. Listing Essential is paid in full at booking.

Not by default. Drone exterior capture, floor plan coordination, twilight photos, social image packs, and other custom support may be available as add-ons where applicable. Video and virtual staging can be reviewed as custom requests or coordinated separately if required.

No. LotWise Home does not guarantee faster sales, higher sale prices, more showings, more offers, or more inquiries. The service is designed to improve listing presentation, seller confidence, buyer trust, and operational consistency.

LotWise Home will review your location, listing timeline, property type, service needs, and preferred support level. If you are in the active service area, the next step is scheduling or a fit call. If you are outside the active service area, you can join the waitlist.

LotWise Home provides starting points and typical ranges so agents can understand the investment level, then confirms final pricing before booking.

Are AI walkthroughs included?

AI walkthroughs are available by quote. They are recommended for listings where a stronger guided online experience would support the presentation. Final pricing depends on the property, media requirements, editing scope, and intended use.

Yes. Video walkthroughs are available by quote and can be included as part of a Media Walkthrough Package. Scope depends on property size, desired format, editing requirements, turnaround timeline, and platform needs.

Drone exterior capture may be available where appropriate. Drone services are subject to property location, weather, flight conditions, applicable rules, and scheduling. Drone work is quoted based on the property and flight requirements.

No. LotWise Home does not perform renovations, construction, or physical staging. The before-and-after visuals on the site show presentation changes only — framing, lighting, composition, and how a room is captured. Where physical staging or improvements are appropriate, LotWise Home can coordinate referrals through approved providers.
