Real estate is a relationship business. Agents create the most value when they are prospecting, advising, negotiating, and moving the client forward. That work is not delegable. Listing execution is.
When agents are asked to handle every listing detail themselves, they do the work between higher-priority responsibilities. Photos get rushed. Details get missed. Website updates lag behind. Not because agents are careless, but because their most valuable hours are being spent on things that do not require their level of expertise.
This is not a talent problem. It is an operating-model problem. The strongest real estate businesses figure out early which work must live with the agent and which work is better handled elsewhere. Listing execution belongs in the second category.
